If you have signed up to the Dublin Marathon, and are a seasoned marathon runner with several marathons already completed, then this training plan is for you! (recommended for those aiming for 3:20-3:45)
- Your training sessions planned out for each week
- Each session tailored to you and your training zones, working off Heart Rate and Pace
- A structured and appropriate build in training to fully prepare your for the marathon
- 5 runs per week
- Race recommendations in the lead up to the Marathon (with alternative training sessions planned if you dont race)
