12 Week Winter Training Plan - Cycling

This 12 Week Cycling Training Plan will help to establish current fitness levels on the bike, and then build you up over the course of the program to help improve your Aerobic Endurance, Threshold and VO2Max!

It includes 3 x sessions per week: 1 x 60minute, 1 x 90minute ideally done on the turbo, and 1 longer ride at the weekend (2-3 hours).
